- Ready to hang out of the box with felt pads on the back to protect your wall and keep them evenly spaced.
- The stain seals the wood, and the “natural variation” gets a clear coat sealant which enhances the natural color of the boards.
- From being a pallet to shipping your state wood sign, there are 16 steps in the handmade process. Careful attention to quality and appearance is given to every sign. Each board is cleaned, cut, sanded, assembled, and stained, by hand. Each board is cut to 3/4″ thick and may vary up to 1/16″. Saw marks, nail holes, grain, knots, and color, will vary.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. You can save 10% off your next order when you sign up for 'new product' notifications. This year I'm planning to introduce exciting and unique state themed decor made with my staple 'reclaimed yet refined' pallet wood, combined with acrylic and glass, led lighting, photo transfer, and so much more. The ideas I have are useful for so many occasions as we make memories in life, and I would love to share these new state themed items with you. I do not share your email with anyone, sell your information, nor will I send you emails several times a day. I simply don't have that kind of time. Your privacy/email solitude is as important to me, as mine.
What does the color choice 'natural variation' mean?
Natural Variation means the boards are not stained. I specifically pick boards that are from different wood species and naturally weathered colors that contrast nicely together. The boards are sealed with a clear coat finish which deepens the natural color of the boards.
Can you make a custom country, territory, shape, or size?
Yes. Contact me on custom designs, shapes, sizes, finishes, and colors. I'm happy to provide a quote on something original or something you want to revise on an existing item in my shop.
Do you offer personalized customizations?
Yes. Contact me for a quote if you want personalized wording, logos, wedding info, names, or more, on your item(s). I can create mockups for you to approve, bringing your vision to life before production begins.
Are your items made for outdoor display?
No. Everything handmade and sold from Streetwood Design is made for indoor display. However, I can make them for outdoor display. They are made differently, and that comes with additional cost, and it will not be covered with the 1 year warranty I offer for indoor display items. I typically discourage outdoor display for wood crafted pieces. The outdoor elements are very hard on wooden items. The humidity alone will cause the wood to expand and contract on a daily basis weakening every structural joint over time. Consider wooden fences, and decking, and the condition of that wood over time in the outdoors. They ultimately will need to be replaced or repaired due to being in the outdoor elements. That said, if you are wanting to display your item in a covered porch area, or similar, where rain does not directly make contact and the sun does not beat down on it all day every day, it might be ok. Feel free to contact me with any questions or further discussion on displaying your items outdoors.
Is there a warranty or guarantee on your products?
Yes. Everything handmade and sold from Streetwood Design comes with a 1 year limited warranty. Please refer to the Streetwood Design Warranty policy.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is included in the price of the listing within the U.S. with the exception of some medium and large orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska via UPS. Please refer to the Streetwood Design shipping policy for further details. International shipping is not available through Streetwood Design. Contact me if you have any questions or need a shipping quote for a medium to larger order to Hawaii or Alaska.
What should I do if an item is damaged during shipping?
Contact me with pictures of the damaged item and the shipping box. I will replace the damaged item. For more info, please refer to the Streetwood Design shipping policy.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes. If you are in the East Texas area, you can pick up your order, and save 10%! Use coupon code 'LOCALPICKUP' when placing your order, and you will save 10%! I pass the shipping savings on to you, when you pick up locally.
Can I checkout as a guest?
Yes. You can checkout as a guest or create an account if you like. An account is not required to place an order. Your account is a convenience for you to see previous orders and reviews you have made as well as manage your addresses and saved payment methods.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account during the checkout process for your order. There is a checkbox to 'create an account' and you can enter the required information during checkout. Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted for any reason up to 14 days from receipt of your order. Some custom and personalized items may not qualify. Please refer to the Streetwood Design Returns Policy.
How do I post a review on an item I ordered?
Go to the product page, scroll down to the 'Reviews' tab, and enter the information required. Only 'verified buyers' with matching email addresses for that order may leave a review on an item. Your email address is required and only used to verify it matches your order.
