d. Custom Orders: Custom orders are subject to additional terms provided at the time of purchase.
a. Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided on each listing, at checkout, and on the email receipt for your order.
b. Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
c. Shipping Damage: Items damaged during shipping will be replaced.
d. International Shipping: Streetwood Design does not ship International.
4. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
a. Returns: We accept returns for products within 14 days of delivery. Some restrictions may apply for custom orders. Products must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
b. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.
c. Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and shipping the new item.
d. Non-Refundable Items: Some custom orders may not be eligible for returns or refunds. Contact us with any questions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Streetwood Design and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
