Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Returns: Contact me to return your item for any reason. I’ll provide a prepaid shipping label, and you’ll receive a full refund once I receive the returned item in new unused condition.
Exchanges & Replacements: Contact me to exchange or replace your item, free of charge (once per order). If your item arrived damaged or defective, send me photos so I can file an insurance claim. I’ll ship you a replacement right away. Want something different? Just describe what you’re looking for, and I’ll send a prepaid return label for the original.
Custom Orders: Some personalized items may not be eligible for return, though I can often work around that. Contact me to discuss the options.
