Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

Contact me if you have an issue when your item(s) arrive. Whether it is shipping damage, you want to exchange it, or it isn’t what you thought it would be, I’ll resolve it guaranteed.

You may return or exchange an item for any reason (custom orders may not apply):

  • Within 14 days of delivery.
  • There is no restock fee.
  • For returns, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless there are manufacturer defects. The buyer will receive a full refund upon receipt of the returned item.
  • For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return shipping as well as shipping costs for the new item, unless there are manufacturer defects.
  • Some custom and personalized orders may not be eligible for a return. Sometimes I can repurpose a custom item. Contact me to discuss this further.

I will do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with your order. Contact me within 14 days of receiving the shipment to inquire and initiate a return or exchange. Your satisfaction is top priority at Streetwood Design, and your feedback is always welcomed and appreciated!
