Returns mean I’m doing something wrong, or an item was damaged during shipping. It’s best if we can all avoid returns so let me know if you have an issue when your items arrive. I’ll work to resolve it. Was something damaged during shipping? Orders are insured for damage, so you know your items will be repaired or replaced. Please notify me immediately with a warranty claim if there was any shipping damage.
Outside of insured shipping damage you may return an item for any reason:
- Within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
- There is no restock fee.
- Customer will receive a store credit minus original shipping cost upon receipt of returned item.
- Customer will be responsible for return shipping.
