Free Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy

Whether your item arrived damaged, you’d like to exchange it, or it simply isn’t what you expected—I’ll make it right, guaranteed, at no extra cost to you.

Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Returns: Contact me to return your item for any reason. I’ll provide a prepaid shipping label, and you’ll receive a full refund once I receive the returned item in new unused condition.

Exchanges & Replacements: Contact me to exchange or replace your item, free of charge (once per order). If your item arrived damaged or defective, send me photos so I can file an insurance claim. I’ll ship you a replacement right away. Want something different? Just describe what you’re looking for, and I’ll send a prepaid return label for the original.

Custom Orders: Some personalized items may not be eligible for return, though I can often work around that. Contact me to discuss the options.
