Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. You will receive a 20% coupon code when you subscribe to the email alerts on new products and additional promotions. I will never give your email to anyone nor email you multiple times a day. Your email solitude is as important to me as mine.
What does the color choice “Natural Variation” mean?
Natural Variation means the pallet board colors are from natural weathering and different wood species, not stained. I hand pick boards that will contrast nicely together. The pallet boards are sealed with a water-based matte clear coat polyurethane which deepens the natural color of the boards.
What is the “Intended use” option in the product listings?
“Intended use” is an optional selection to let me know how you are going to use the state sign, cutout, or plaque. I'll make subtle adjustments to better facilitate that purpose. Many of my buyers will use their state signs as European mounts, wedding guest books, side table tops, gifts that are signed by friends and loved ones, and more.
For example:
- If you select “European mount,” I will reinforce the hanger on the back considering the added weight.
- The wedding guest book and gift signing selection will have smoother boards for signing while maintaining the rustic charm and character of each board.
- Table tops will not include a hanger and felt pads on the back since it won't be hanging on the wall. The backside of the table top will be stained to match the front facing since it is exposed.
- You can also select “Other” and specify a purpose I don't have listed.
Can you make a custom country, territory, shape, size, or color?
Yes. Contact me on custom designs, shapes, sizes, finishes, and colors. I'm happy to provide a quote on something original or something you want to revise on an existing item in my shop.
Do you personalize or customize your products?
Yes. Contact me for a quote if you want personalized wording, logos, wedding info, names, or more, on your item(s). I can create mockups for you to approve, bringing your vision to life before production begins.
Are these made for outdoor display?
No. Everything handmade and sold from Streetwood Design is made for indoor display. However, I can make them for outdoor display. They are made differently, come with additional cost, and are not covered by the 1 year warranty I offer for indoor display items. Contact me to discuss outdoor display.
Is there a warranty or guarantee on your products?
Yes. Everything for interior display handmade and sold from Streetwood Design comes with a 1 year limited warranty. Please refer to the Streetwood Design warranty policy.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is included in the price of the listing within the 50 U.S. states and US Military Postal Service. Please refer to the Streetwood Design shipping policy for further details. International shipping is not available through Streetwood Design.
What should I do if an item is damaged during shipping?
Contact me with pictures of the damaged item and the shipping box from all sides. I will replace the damaged item at no cost to you. For more info, please refer to the Streetwood Design shipping policy.
Can I checkout as a guest?
Yes. You can checkout as a guest or create an account if you like. An account is not required to place an order. Your account is a convenience for you to see previous orders, track shipping progress, manage addresses and saved payment methods, and easily post reviews.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout. There is a checkbox to “create an account” and you can enter the required information during checkout.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted for any reason up to 30 days from receipt of your order at no cost to you. Some custom and personalized items may not be eligible, though I can often work around that. Please refer to the Streetwood Design returns & exchanges policy.
How do I post a review on an item I ordered?
There are two ways to post a review, with or without an account.
1. With an account, log in to your account, find your previous order, and click the review button.
2. Without an account, go to the product page directly and post a review using the form at the bottom of the review tab. Only verified buyers with matching email addresses to an order can post a review.
