Shipping Policy

USPS, FedEx, and UPS, are used for U.S. domestic shipping. Everything is handmade to order. The lead time for shipping your order may change on occasion depending on the amount of orders coming in and many other factors. Please refer to the product listing or your order receipt for the current estimated delivery window.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping is included in the price of all items shipped within the 50 U.S. states and U.S. Military Postal Service, unless stated otherwise in the listing. Contact me if your order is damaged during transit. I’ll need photos of any damage for shipping claims with the carriers. Your item(s) will be replaced, at no cost to you.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available through Streetwood Design. I can ship your order within the U.S., but you would need to make arrangements from there to ship Internationally.
