UPS, FedEx, & USPS are used for decor items within the U.S. and furniture items will be shipped with Uship. Everything is made to order. The lead time for shipping your order will depend on the number of orders in the queue at that time. Please refer to the product listing or your order receipt for the current estimated delivery window. Rush production is an available option at checkout if you need delivery sooner. If you need super-rushed delivery, please contact me to see what options are available.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping is included in the price of all items shipped within the 50 U.S. states and U.S. Military Postal Service, unless stated otherwise in the listing. Shipping furniture to Hawaii and Alaska will likely have additional cost. Contact me to inquire about that scenario.
If your order is damaged during transit, contact me with photos of the damaged item and boxes so I can file shipping claims with the carriers. Your item(s) will be replaced, at no cost to you.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available through Streetwood Design. I can ship your order within the U.S., but you would need to make arrangements from there to ship Internationally.
